CARE GUIDE

For daily cleaning of quartz surfaces, use a few drops of pH-neutral cleaner or a mild dishwashing detergent with warm water. Wipe surfaces with a non-abrasive cloth and rinse thoroughly to avoid streaks.

For stains that harden as they dry, such as food or gum, gently scrape the material off the surface with a blade or putty knife. Follow by wiping the area with soap and warm water.

To prevent dulling of the surface, abrasive cloths or cleaners should be avoided, and excessive pressure should not be applied during cleaning.

While quartz is highly durable, its composition includes resins that can be damaged by extreme heat. This can lead to thermal shock, resulting in clouding of the finish or even cracking. Therefore, hot pots, pans, and dishes are never recommended to be placed directly on a quartz surface. Always use a trivet or hot pad to ensure longevity and beauty of the surface.

To prolong the use of your knives, always use a cutting board. Cutting directly on quartz countertops could dull your knives or leave behind metal marks on your counters
