This is one small way we would like to thank you for helping to support local families and a business that cares about the communities in which you live and work.
For every sale of a qualifying countertop, designers are eligible for a sales reward. Receive your payments via a convenient Surface Creations of Vermont Visa Prepaid Card. The Visa Prepaid Card is usable everywhere Visa Prepaid Cards are accepted. The card will be embossed with your name and it’s re-loadable- so hold on to it! Once a quarter, you will receive additional funds on your card for every sale of a qualifying SCVT stock color countertop. It’s that easy!
To register your card and check your balance, visit SV Card Services. If you lose your card, you can call card services at 1-800-798-4104 (there will be a $10 reissue fee that will be taken out of your card balance).
